Welcome to Barrio 360. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Barrio 360 is owned by NERMACK KAPITAL, S.A. DE C.V..

1. Eligibility and Registration

To be a Neighbor User, you must be at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide accurate information, including your real name and proof of address to verify your residency within a neighborhood.

2. Use of Services

Our services allow you to interact with neighbors, post content, recommend local businesses, and participate in events. It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for illegal activities, fraud, harassment, or the dissemination of content that violates the rights of others.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for the posts, comments, and photos you share. By posting content, you grant Barrio 360 a license to display and distribute such material within the platform to provide the services.

4. Payments and Business Services

Certain services may require payments processed by third parties such as PayPal. The use of business pages is governed by the additional Business Agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Barrio 360 does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for interactions or agreements made between users or with external businesses.

Términos y Condiciones de Uso

Bienvenido a Barrio 360. Al acceder o utilizar nuestros servicios, usted acepta cumplir con los presentes términos. Barrio 360 es propiedad de NERMACK KAPITAL, S.A. DE C.V..

1. Elegibilidad y Registro

Para ser un Vecino Usuario, debe tener al menos 18 años de edad. Usted se compromete a proporcionar información exacta, incluyendo su nombre real y comprobante de domicilio para verificar su pertenencia a un vecindario.

2. Uso de los Servicios

Nuestros servicios permiten interactuar con vecinos, publicar contenido, recomendar negocios locales y participar en eventos. Está estrictamente prohibido utilizar la plataforma para actividades ilegales, fraudulentas, acoso o la difusión de contenido que vulnere derechos de terceros.

3. Contenido del Usuario

Usted es el único responsable de las publicaciones, comentarios y fotos que comparta. Al publicar contenido, otorga a Barrio 360 una licencia para mostrar y distribuir dicho material dentro de la plataforma para la prestación de los servicios.

4. Pagos y Servicios Empresariales

Ciertos servicios pueden requerir pagos procesados por terceros como PayPal. El uso de páginas empresariales se rige por el Acuerdo de Negocios adicional.

5. Limitación de Responsabilidad

Barrio 360 no garantiza que la plataforma sea ininterrumpida o libre de errores. No somos responsables por las interacciones o acuerdos realizados entre usuarios o con negocios externos.
